We've stayed here several times when in Brisbane for concerts or live shows. This hotel has the friendliest staff and is the cleanest hotel I have found in Brisbane. The added benefit is that rooms have genuine blockout curtains making the QLD 4am sunrise (during NSW daylight savings time) a non issue after after a late night show. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms modern & fresh and the facilities all clean and modern, and they're probably the last hotel to still have cookies & hot chocolate complmentary in the rooms with the tea & coffee. It's directly next door to the princess theatre. It's a $10 uber to The Valley or to QBEC and a $14 uber to Suncorp Stadium. In the hotel complex is a Vietnemese bakery along with a bottle shop, general store, Korean banquet restaurant and a fish & chip shop. There is ample complimentary & secure parking. There was even an occassion where the hotel also accommodated our caravan for free when we stayed there on our way to far north QLD. I highly recommend this lovely, clean, cost effective, centrally located hotel.

Clean, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was visiting from out of the country as my brother was in the last stages of hospice care. It is walking distance to the Mater with SEVERAL nice restaurants, small grocers and pubs nearby. It is also walking distance, or short Uber? to South Bank. I heartily recommend Boos Kitchen for outstanding Thai. The staff was compassionate and there is breakfast for a price. Another item worthy of note: the bathrooms! Sink was small, however our room (king) had a LARGE walk in shower with handheld. Handicap accessible with a shower chair available, as needed. The water pressure was amazing, and just what was needed after our many emotional days. My partner is almost 6'5", and it was nice the shower was tall enough for him to stand. That is not often the case.

Perfect location for a visit to a specialist at QCH. I was really pleased with the quality, cleanliness and size of the King room for the cost. We stayed with a newborn child and we could fit all our stuff in the room including pram. I was also happy to discover that the tap got properly hot so we could wash our baby's bottle and other bits and pieces. Really comfy bed with proper pillows that didn't deflate too. The shower was also really spacious, with great water pressure in the rainwater shower head and quickly gets hot. Parking was also super easy in the princess carpark.

Gemma

Comfortable bed, silent environment, good room temperature and darkness in the morning time (all these characteristics were very important to us as we slept in three different hotels that were noisy, had a lot of light in the morning or the bed was too hard). Amazing service: Elias, the guy at front desk, was extremely kind and he made sure we had a wonderful stay. We did not have breakfast there as we prefer going to a coffee shop. Tip: We found echo and bounce shop nearby and had a delicious bagel and hand made orange juice.

Carmen

I loved how this hotel was presented, proximity to the princess theatre, women’s only bath house and day spa, cleanliness (super clean!), comfy bedding, ice cold water fountains for your drink bottles are on every floor and having some of the old school hotel quirks like a printed hotel compendium and foxtel to scroll through on the tv. Overall this was a great stay and for my mum who has a disability, we felt supported and well looked after. Thank you!
